Because it is so hard to video things while holding the camera with one hand and demonstrate with the other, I fastened the camera to my baseball cap by using a large washer and a 1/4-20 bold and another spacer to clamp it against the end of the bill.
I also taped a small laser pointer to the camera so I could see approximately where it was aiming.
